If he's gay then he should accept that fact. By lying to his dad he's lying to himself too. Having morals is being true to who you are no matter what the circumstances are. And if he truly loves his son then he'll eventually get over.

In that situation I think he shouldn't tell his father because his dad is obviously not up for reasoning and it wouldn't be fair for him to just lose his education for being honest, I think he should just tell his dad after he goes through college.

If I were him, I would tell him that I was gay and say that if he really loved me, then he would support me and not threaten to take away financial aid.

i would tell my dad the truth and say i how i feel and tell him that this is who i am and he's just going to have to deal with it.

I think that he should not depend on his father anymore and tell his father that he is gay. It may be difficult at first to support himself financially but I'm sure he'll be able to do it.

Yes, i would definitely lie to my dad!! because your getting free money, free collage, free all of that! i would tell him after i have my career and everything else paid for! i know it seems harsh but if he wouldnt love me for me then he deserves it!

I think he should just tell his father the truth, and his father should accept him for who he is, if he doesn't, then so be it.

I think he should keep lying to his father and then later on tell him the truth and pay him back. His father will most likely not keep paying for him if he comes out. I think getting his college education is more important than being honest

Just tell him when you are done with college or when you can financially support yourself, therefore you have really nothing to lose.

I think that unless he has some other sort of means for financial support, he should continue to lie to get where he wants in life. Once he is independent and out of school, if he wanted he could then tell his father

I think that he should tell his father so that he could live his life freely. If his father loved him he would accept him for who he really was. Since his father does not accept it , he should keep lying and continue on with his education.

I feel that his father should respect him and since he doesn't with such a passion he should lie to him until after college and tell him after. But if he can find a stable working job and meet the financial requirements himself he should then tell his father.

I think he shouldl tell his dad that he his gay and if he did not want to love him any more, but would be fine because he will always love his dad.

If I were him I would just try to be honest with his father and explain things to him, but I would do it till I had a good job to make sure that I could pay for college if he does decide to stop paying and not be in his life anymore.

I think his father should support him and deal with his sexuality and let him go to college regardless of his sexuality. There's no reason for him to disown him or whatever just because of one thing.

I think that he needs to keep on lying to his father so that he doesnt stop paying for his college. If he tells him the truth then he would lose is education.

He should definitely tell him that he is gay because if they really loved him they would accept his sexuality just the way he likes it
