2) My favorite multiple exposures is the channel multiple because it seems cool. 
3) To create the channels multiple exposure I exported the pictures (two with the same background) to Photoshop and positioned one on top of the other, went to 'fx" and just played around with the G, R or B check mark. 
4) To create the impressionistic and swirl multiple exposures I exported the photo to Photoshop, created 5 copy layers and I turned 3 'eye' icons and moved or rotate the picture, then I started to turned them and when i got to the end I selected 5 layers, went to 'layer'> 'convert to smart objects'  and the again to 'layer' > 'stack mode' and chose 'mean'.
