         <description><![CDATA[<div>Maslenitsa Festival happens during the last week of February all over Russia. They call it "Pancake Week" because they eat many many indulgent pancakes before the start of Lent. <br>Fun fact: At the end of the week, the people at the festival burn a straw woman (like a scarecrow) to represent forgiving all the wrongs done to them during the year. </div>]]></description>
