         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><strong>They reduce stress and depression</strong>: the reason this may be is that instead of our brains focusing on the things that might cause stress and depression your brain focuses on playing the game. If this leads to be completely true then stratigy games might be the best for fixing stress and depression since they are focusing on the strategy.</li><li><strong>Your decision making can get better</strong>: leading into the next point stratagey games may be able to sharpen your decision maing skills. first person shooters may also increase your dicision making skills.</li><li><strong>Increase your brain age</strong>: brain gmes like the ones on the DS have been known to increase your mental age or atleast stop if from decreasing.</li><li><strong>Online friends</strong>: on the outside multiplayer games may seem like bad places with bulling however you can make new friends due to the online capeibilities of video games.</li><li><strong>They can help you learn</strong>: for little kids video games can help little kids to develop new skills like problem solving and fast reaction times.</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><strong>Health problems</strong>: Video games may be able to fix depression however it may be able to help you develope other health problems like addictions and eyestrain.</li><li><strong>Out of game relations</strong>: some game might make people less sociable with the outside world and even to their family, friends and other relations.</li><li><strong>Poor general life performance</strong>: some research shows that after long hours of gaming may lead to tiredness and poor performance in general day to day life events.</li><li><strong>Confusion with reality</strong>: some people that play video games for teh majority of the time may confuse what is real and what is fake. These people may even do things in real life that isn't accepted that are from video games.</li><li><strong>Controversy</strong>: some games spark controversy due to violence, drugs, racism and sexism. These issues are heavily debaited in todays media and kids may get involved with issues which they don't know everything about.</li></ul>]]></description>
