Their website says "...[it is] an easy and free way to collectively look at, mark up and discuss websites and images in real-time from anywhere you've got a web browser and internet connection." It has a chat function as well as an integrated voice feature.
Ways to use with staff:

• During a staff meeting, a webpage (or other document) can be shared with the staff and, through collaboration, we can mark up the page together.
  • If someone is unable to be at a staff meeting, this would be a good way to share the information with the person, as long as s/he can access the internet.
• This could be a good collaboration tool for students to use when annotating text with each other.
