The light of the sun has its own light which it emits with the permission of its creator. That's why the Quran calls the sun as 'siraj' ,a bright shining lamp.
Moon has no light of its own .
It is only a reflection of the sun.

“While He has created you in (different) stages,” (71: 14), now attention is being thrown at man’s own creation. What was he before he came into this world? No one knew him. Then Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala created him from a drop, nurtured him in his mother’s womb, brought him into the world, gave him family, gave him recognition and strength and now he is a grown up man. He passed through various stages to be where he is now. While passing through these stages he was solely at the Mercy of Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala. He could have made him blind, deaf, dumb or cripple. Even after birth He could have destroyed him anytime by an accident.

Yes,  there is a hadeeth  reported by Al-Bukhari,
Anas(May Allah B e Pleased With Him) narrated that the Prophet(Peace Be Upon Him ) said:
"Whoever likes to have blessings into his wealth, life and reputation should connect with his family and relatives."
Allah also says in an ayah from Surah NUH

Allah will forgive you of your sins and delay you for a specified term. Indeed, the time [set by] Allah, when it comes, will not be delayed, if you only knew.' "71:04
This ayah i used as a proof by those who say that obedience(to allah), righteousness and maintaining the family ties truly increase the lifespan.

Refraining from consuming alcohol

  • Eating can contribute to vomiting, fever, diarrhea, abdominal cramps and dehydration, all of which can prove fatal in extreme cases.
 
Praying five times a day 
  • Apart from the spiritual aspect, praying five times a day at fixed times introduces routine in one’s life. The movements involved in the ritual provide a very light form of exercise and keeps the blood circulation going. The arrangement of prayers is such that those at the time of empty stomach are brief but those after meals are longer and give more exercise to the body in order to aid digestion after a heavy meal.
