         <description><![CDATA[<div> I have enjoyed teaching *** this year, welcoming her polite and pleasant attitude into the classroom every morning. **** has made good progress this term and she is beginning to reflect over her work when thinking about the next steps in her learning. In her Reading, **** is beginning to read a range of fiction and non-fiction texts, however I would like her to take more responsibility for her reading at home, as I feel she could be doing more and completing more Accelerated Reader quizzes in order to support her progress. Throughout Term 3, I would like *** to build more confidence within her own ability; it would be great to see her contributing more to class discussion. I hope **** continues the hard work and enjoys her final term in Year 6. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>**** always displays such a high level of enthusiasm and inquisitiveness in his attitude towards learning. With his superb attitude and drive, he has made good progress in all subjects. He is on track for meeting expectations for Year 6 and I will be looking to continuously challenge him to often reach beyond those. Moving forward, I would encourage **** to continue to work hard on his presentation and layout of work, particularly in informative pieces and to keep up his hard work at home. I look forward to watching **** grow during his remaining time in Year 6</div>]]></description>

He remains a quiet member of 6L but he is sharing his ideas during whole class discussions more frequently and I would like this to continue in Term Three. ** showing some signs of greater independence, especially when writing, which is fantastic to see. In order to secure his classroom learning, ** must ensure his Home Learning is completed consistently and I hope to see an improvement with this next term.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>** has really grown in maturity in Term Two and this is shown by his fantastic ideas and personal thoughts that he sometimes shares during whole class discussions. ** works well as part of a team and is more than willing to take an active role to complete tasks given. When focused, he produces some fantastic work which he should be proud of but his motivation continues to be inconsistent during lesson time. He must seek to improve his independence in Term Three to show the extent of his skills and understanding. </div>]]></description>

He shows interest and pride in his work, however he can sometimes rush through exercises without completing them to his full ability. This term, ** has been working hard to self-correct and up-level his work, particularly his English exercises. In Term Three, I would like to see *** continuing to self-assess his work and to slow down a little during writing, stopping to read over every paragraph before moving forward. I would also like him to slow down a little when expressing his ideas, to get his thoughts across clearly.  <br><br></div>]]></description>
