         <description><![CDATA[<div>The diagram is showing gel filtration chromatography in which molecules are separated on basis of shape and molecular size.The diagrams shows 2 type of molecules ,one which are larger in size(pink) they get separated fast and come out first whereas the other type of molecules are small and are spherical (green) go through the beads of stationary phase and comes slowly.This is shown by chromatogram on basis of molecules separated.</div>]]></description>

Large parcticles all comes out first because they comes out through the voids and small sized comes later.. Bacuse these comes through the pores of matrix.. And travel more distance than the larger particles. Sharp peak shows better chromatography. </div>]]></description>

Two phases are present - mobile nd stationary phase.  Stationary phase is porous beads nd mobile phase is solvent. Larger particles are pink in color nd smaller particles are of green color. Larger particles move faster out of column.Chromatogram showing Sharp peaks means good seperation and less sharp peaks means seperation is not that good. </div>]]></description>
