I Picked this first video for, Stress reduction because it matched the topic for starters. secondly, He made some seriously good and helpful points like, when your doing "sprints". Sprints are when you sacrifice things in your daily life to get work done making you burn out more quickly while doing work, that can include going to work, sleeping, etc. So you'd have to do something called a "Reset Sprint" and a reset sprint is when your sprint sometimes to bring balance bac into your life. And this whole idea was very interesting to me.

For this Thomas Frank Video, I picked "How I take notes from books" for my "Studying" topic. And the reason I picked this video is because I of all people are horrible at taking notes. Ever since the 2020 pandemic I feel like I missed a chunk off the part of school which explained how to properly take notes, or I just was never good at ever doing them. So this video was a big help, especially when it went over the 4 step process to note taking being "read, highlight, record, and synthesize. "highlighting" to me was the most important and is when one would read through the parts of the book, essay etc., so you can note them down into your textbooks.

Lastly we have "How to Create a Morning Routine" for time management. Honestly I have a pretty decent schedule already for mornings aside from the sleeping on time part, but still the only reason I picked this video was I believe the tips used were quite helpful like. try to fill your morning with productive habits than bad ones, and that was it. Everything else in the video was him going on about things that didn't really g o over how to make a good morning routine but more over famous old guy quotes and a morning rpg app game, so I kind of disliked this video.
