In this project we both discovered our regions' plants that grow in nature starting from our school yard and learned about other regions and countries edible wild plants. At the same time we had many good friends from different schools in Turkey and Italy.

To be informed and become familiar with different kinds of plants are impressive and funny.To use them in our kitchens are also very different and usefyl experiment not only for me but also for my students. On the other hand, learning diffent recipes,plants,tastes from different regıons is unıque activity.Also, I met new people from different cities and countries.Getting new friends is the other advantage of being in this project.Nice to meet you,I wish we could meet different project in the future.

With this project, it was very enjoyable to get to know the edible herbs around me, in different regions and countries, to cook and to learn new recipes. This project was really interesting because I discovered the existence of some plants I did not know which are very good to eat.

Our classes were really happy to participate in the project: doing the bookmarks was fun and we felt creative. The recipes were interesting because we learnt a lot about local wild plants.
