Life is messy. "Essential Question never changes but the means to answering it can vary." Its important for us to be flexible with one another so we can compromise and make sure all voices are heard. As long as we stick to what is important, like showing up for the kids, we can add flexibility in other areas. Flexibility can allow us to have meaningful conversations with our peers, but we need to make sure we do not get too far off topic so we can ensure to address everything that needs to be addressed.
