         <description><![CDATA[<div><mark>Most of our ebooks are</mark> <mark>available immediately with unlimited access--there is no checkout or return. You can view them on your computer or download them to a device. Some of them have limits on the number of users at one time. Some of them require the creation of an account for download. They can be confusing, but we are always available to answer any questions about a specific ebook you are trying to access. Currently, our ebook collections are scholarly rather than "popular" fiction and nonfiction.&nbsp;</mark></div>]]></description>

We will work to make this form more visible on our website; however, there is a form for requesting books. We have what we call our "Browsing Collection". It is on the first floor in Shad near the public computers. You can look up specific titles in our catalog, or as the name says, simply browse the shelves!</mark></div>]]></description>
