             การปวดบริเวณไหล่ แขน ข้อศอก ข้อมือ ซึ่งเกิดมาจากในณะทำผม subject จะต้องทำการ adduct,abduct,flex,extend เพื่อจัดแต่งทรงผมให้กับลูกค้าเป็นระยะเวลานาน เฉลี่ยต่อหัวเป็นระยะเวลาประมาณ 20 นาทีถึง 1.30 ชั่วโมง แต่ถ้าบางวันที่ลูกค้าเข้ามาพร้อมกันเป็นจำนวนมาก Subject จะต้องยืนเป็นเวลานานเพิ่มขึ้น
             การปวดบริเวณเข่า ขา และเท้า ซึ่งเกิดมาจากเวลาทำงาน subject จะสวมใส่รองเท้าส้นตึก เพื่อเพิ่มภาพลักษณ์ในการทำงาน และการยืนเป็นระยะเวลานาน ทำให้เกิดอาการปวดและบวม
            โดย Structure ที่มีปัญหาขณะทำงานหลักๆ มีดังนี้

  1. ปรับท่าทางการยืนและการเคลื่อไหว เพื่อลดอาการปวดหลัง ปวดบ่า
  2. ปรับการจัดzone บนโต๊ะทำงาน                                                                                           -primary zone คีย์บอร์ด เม้าส์ เงินทอน  ถุงพลาสติกตู้casheir                                                                                           -secondary zone ปากกา สมุด ยา                                                                                       -tertiary zone กรรไกร
  3. เปลี่ยนเก้าอี้ โดยให้มีที่พักแขน และมีพนักพิง
  4. ปรับจอคอมพิวเตอร์ให้อยู่ในระดับสายตา
  5. ปรับเปลี่ยนที่รองวางเม้าส
  6. Exercise: -stretching exercise ที่บ่าและหลัง -strenghtening exerciseที่มือ แขน บ่า และหลัง   -endurance ที่หลัง

    อ้างอิงจาก reference นี้พบข้อมูลว่า ค่าerror ของการใช้ goniometer วัด ROM จะอยู่ประมาณ 2.4-4.9 องศา และ อ้างอิงจากหนังสือ lab PT diagnosis มีข้อมูลว่าROM จะดีขึ้นหรือจะสรุปผลว่าดีขึ้น จากการที่ ROM ของ upper limb ต้องเพิ่มขึ้น 5 องศา และ lower limb ต้องเพิ่มขึ้น 6 องศา
