Pineapple is a fruit that symbolises friendship and hospitality and back in the days people would hang pineapples outside their homes to perfume the entryway as a form of welcoming. It was an edible invitation. What I view in my personal life reflects on what I want to achieve on a professional level and that is making people happy and comfortable in a space that I designed. I want users to be able to use and experience the space and be able to think back and tell stories to other generations. Stories that will be passed on making people want to experience these spaces themselves. I want to incorporate nature and greenspace as it can mentally heal people and bring them closer to nature.
