I feel that if we were to do this we would have a lot more students who are happy and feel more respected as individuals and not just as a group.

Along with encouraging posters and motivational posters to motivate them and help them feel like they can be able to complete basic things. The smallest motivation can help someone greatly. Not only should we put up posters but we should motivate people personally through talking, motivating and encouraging people in person helps them more than just a poster. It lets them know that someone believes in them and thinks they’re doing their best.
