         <description><![CDATA[<div>Teachers assigns students into groups. With each of these groups each student is assigned a role. This ensures that students stay on task. The teachers then pose a questions to the students and encourage them to research the topic. Each student is responsible for carrying out their own role within the group. The 'CEO' of the group ensures that each student is carrying out their role.</div>]]></description>
