There have been a dozen cases of where blacks are being arrested for no reason.
Evidence: Many black people where arrested so they would pay fines to the city government but many of them where poor. There was a 32 year old black man was sitting in his car after playing basketball and a police officer stopped him because his windows where to dark. There was a investigation and found seven racist emails written by police and court workers from 2008 to 2011.

white police officers are doing unnecessary things to black people like shooting them, and city leaders really need to get this topic under control. 
Evidence: In a video recently taken at a protest  a police officer said "Everyone is going to jail" and then proceeded to brutally attack the person recording. A teen was sitting in his car and the officer stopped him for his "windows being to black" and then asked to search his car with no warrant. Not only are blacks being physically attacked they are getting verbally attacked with racist emails.
