The Commissioners of Princess Anne got a 10 day injunction to stop the supremacist group, which was ultimately reversed by the Supreme Court in a unanimous decision because "The injunction at issue in Princess Anne constituted a form of prior restraint and had been issued without the participation of the National States Rights Party."
