         <title>Cause of Anxiety </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Anxiety is a major problem amongst society in Kuwait, and it has many causes. Anxiety is a disorder that makes the person feel unease, nervous, stressed and panicked. It is an important problem because it affects people’s lives negatively. For instance, when you have anxiety, it is hard for you to try new things, take risks or socialize. I decided to write about this issue so people here can realize how important this problem is and give it more attention. Anxiety has many causes. The first one is school. School can be stressful for many people due to the hard work they have to do. For example, giving presentations, taking tests and doing homework can trigger anxiety which leads to having severe panic attacks and not doing your work properly. The second one is socializing with others. Some people have social anxiety disorder, which is also known as social phobia, that can activate an anxiety attack because they fear interacting with others. The third and last one is specific phobias. Any phobia such as claustrophobia, can provoke anxiety and panic attacks to some people. To sum up, anxiety is a huge issue that people in Kuwait suffer from, and it has many causes.</div>]]></description>

         <title>A solution for Anxiety </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Positive thinking is the solution that would work best in Kuwait for anxiety. It is the best solution because it helps you lower your stress level. Therefore, it can help you control your anxiety attacks. When you are able to control your anxiety attacks, you can get your work done easily and experience new stuff. In order to implement this on others, we can do a few things. Firstly, we can start a campaign to encourage people to participate in helping individuals who suffer from anxiety to think positively. Also, with this campaign, we can raise awareness among people who don’t know about this issue. Secondly, we can publish a book about how thinking positively can help with anxiety. In that way, we can raise awareness as well. In conclusion, thinking positively is the best way to treat anxiety attacks, and there are many ways to spread that thought among people.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Anxiety has a cure, but sometimes it is better to stay away from its treatment, as happened with the singer Angham . She has been suffering from anxiety for nearly five years.&nbsp; She took anxiety medication for a while, and Angham explained that the medication was depriving her of happiness and feelings, and that this type of medication did not give happiness her but rather put her in a state of anesthesia, and she became insensitive, which she&nbsp; described as terrifying.&nbsp; Despite that, she did not commit suicide. she decided not to take these medications anymore and made the decision to stay away from them.&nbsp; She had always thought of getting off this type of medication in order to get back to being a normal human being.&nbsp; She considered that quitting this treatment was better for her than living abnormally. In my opinion, everyone who suffers from anxiety should be under the supervision of a doctor.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Anxiety has a negative impact on people’s lives. Many people suffer from anxiety, for example, sensitive people who get nervous quickly. Anxiety affects people negatively. First, they are not able to control their feelings, and they are tense and trembling. For example, they are unable to face people because of their anxiety and they stay away from people in any way. Second, it causes panic attacks, which makes the person feel that the end is near, and they fear everything, and they find it hard to breathe and sweat quickly. Finally, they become antisocial and do not gather with friends and family because of their fear of being confronted by them and not being accepted by others. In my opinion, anxiety affects society a lot, and society disintegrates when a person becomes isolated from the world and moves away from them. In conclusion, anxiety has many negative effects and must be addressed.</div>]]></description>

Anxiety is a psychological condition that many experience because of certain circumstances and daily stresses that affect their psychological state, which makes them anxious and stressed. Symptoms of anxiety excessive nervousness and a constant feeling of tension. This will speed up your heart rate, sweating , inability to focus and think. Causes of concern. Anxiety occurs as a result of stress and excessive pressures on humans that lead to a psychological disorder that causes severe anxiety and may require going to a psychiatrist to get rid of this condition and treat it properly. Second relax as it helps reduce stress and anxiety felt by humans, lowers heart rate and significantly controls nerves. Physical diseases are one of the most important causes of anxiety and the sick person is always afraid of the future, which is an excessive psychological burden. Third, positive thinking. Getting rid of negativity and thinking positively about the good things that make people confident helps to get rid of stress and anxiety. Overthinking problems and the demands of daily life causes constant anxiety, making anxiety a pathological condition that humans will never be able to overcome. Exercise Meditation is one of the most effective ways to alleviate anxiety and stress, which helps improve mental and physical health . Exercise helps reduce the proportion of stress hormones in the human body, and sports help significantly enhance self-confidence. In the end, I believe that anxiety is the main reason for the difficulties in our lives.</div>]]></description>
