-Use we statements when describing prior job duties at current/prior jobs.

-Precision not vagueness. Remember, we want this job. Don't give them the opportunity to let doubt enter their mind. Influencing others isn't a bad thing in this situation.

-Regulate Interaction: be mindful of interviewers tone of voice, drawl or pause at the end of a statement. Be prepared to respond in a clear and confident way to keep the interview on track.
