He was the person  In the very first issue of his anti-slavery newspaper.

 Some of his traits were Leader, Equal and Thoughtful 

 His reason to support abolition was because he was for antislavery. Fun fact  After the end of the Civil War in 1865, Garrison published his last issue of the Liberator. She was hit in the head with a two-pound weight, leaving her with a lifetime of severe headaches and narcolepsy. Even so she opposed slavery and became a “conductor” of the underground railroad. Tubman returned to the South several times and helped dozens of people escape. She was known for saving dozens of african americans and making 19 trips back to the south.  “She has never lost a single passenger.” Her success led slaveowners to post a $40,000 reward for her capture or death.
