The trainer start on Friday because the villa are going to handle a family day. The General Manager asks to start early. 
Before start working, the Manager briefing about the villa. He also brief what the trainer need to do for 10 days SIEP begin. 
At the noon, Manager asks to help food and beverage department to make the work going smoothly. Besides preparing the food, the trainer also help in making preparation to BBQ ingredient. The BBQ will be at night. At night, the trainer also help in burning the BBQ.

In the morning until noon, the trainer helping doing work in the kitchen. 
After lunch hour, after the guest check out, the manager asks to help housekeeping department to set up the room for next guest.
In the evening, the General Manager making private tutor to introduce what is a business. GM take time before the trainer going back to the room. 
Day two finish at 6.00 pm.

In the morning until noon, the trainer helping the housekeeping to set up the room. 
The trainer learn how to set up the room, how to make room tidy before guest check in to make sure every guest feel comfortable. The bed sheet, the pillow case, the foot mat, duvet and towel need to be change everyday even the guest only check in for one night. This to make sure cleanliness is always maintained at the top.

At the night, the trainer helping front office until 11 o'clock.
