For example, when you switch on a lightbulb, electrical energy changes to thermal energy and light energy. A chemical reaction in the engine changes chemical energy to light.<br><br></div><blockquote><strong><mark>Can energy be created or destroyed?</mark></strong></blockquote><div>The Law of Conservation of Energy sates that energy cannot be created or destroyed. Meaning that the total amount of energy in the universe will always be constant. However energy can change forms, but never created or destroyed.<br><br></div><blockquote><strong><mark>Can an object transfer more than one energy?</mark></strong></blockquote><div>An object's energy can be converted from one form to another, they can be transformed almost completely into any other type of energy. For example energy could turn from Mechanical to Electrical to Mechanical energy again or Chemical to Mechanical to Electrical to Light energy.<br><br></div>]]></description>
