         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today is my first day joining at gym centre as a receptionist. My work start at 9.30 am until 5.30pm. The gym centre located in the residential area. The owner of this centre is Mr. David Pua.  He introduce me to his staffs working  there and briefing about the company background and the organization process as well. He teach me the registration process where the customer can pay by cash to join this gym or use coupons which payment depends on the age of the customer and also got membership for those interested. For example, the price for the coupons will cheaper and reasonable to the students and elderly customer. This is what I learned for today.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today my work at 9.30am until 5.30pm in this gym centre. My work as a receptionist. I register three customer today. One malay and two chinese. Certain customer who is member they will come in by using member card. Later on, I arranged the forms and documents neatly into the rack. I asked Mr. David about the equipment and machine and how its supply and who supply it. As he reply before this gym got supplier once the centre develop Mr. David imports the machine and equipment by himself and he successfully open a new centre in the town area of batu pahat. Now he also became a supplier to nearly gym centre. This is what I learned for today.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today my work at 9.30am until 5.30pm in this gym centre. My work as a receptionist. I register one customer today. Members will come in use their card I clean up the registration area. Today I got learned the proper way to exercise or workout. First should do warm up for 10 minutes and stretching for 10 minutes and start to do workout.<br>Every workout have to for 15 to 20 count for three sets. After that, warm up as well for 20 minutes and finally do stretching. Later on, clean up or shower up our self before consuming meal. Customer should know that one day can workout for one to two hours for one time only. More than it will caused&nbsp; jerks or cramps.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

One day should do one or two exercise or more than it and have to repeat the steps for 3 times which related to certain part of upper body. First they will start to train to upper body part by doing weight training flexibility to make body flexible then only they will start to exercise to lower body part. Today I got learned about the food to consume for those who are workout. They should cut out food which high in fats. They also should consume&nbsp; food are low in carbohydrates. Taking a high levels of protein , vegetables and fruits. This want is suitable for those are planning to lose weight. For body builders they should eat food a lot in protein and carbohydrates.Apart from that, they should cook in a proper manner like substitute normal cooking oil to olive oil and make sure eat food are steams well.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

Today got I learned 4 packages of exercise which providing in this gym centre there are <strong>Body Toning </strong>is a exercises are physical exercises that are used with the aim of developing a physique with a large emphasis on musculature.<strong> Body Building </strong>is a exercise use of progressive resistance exercise to control and develop one's musculature. <strong>Slimming Exercises</strong> this exercise mainly focus on girls and womens and lastly is <strong>weight training program for all sports events</strong>. </div>]]></description>
