    2.     You can only ever really know the world through your own eyes; learning happens when you recognize your own constraint. 
    3.     The hard work is bridging that gap. You need to feel safe to do so. 
    4.     Learning continues forever. There is no one you cannot learn from. 
    5.     To be a good teacher you need to learn to adjust expectations, to empathize, and to be modest.
