The students still has education but had to learn Japanese instead of learning their own mother tongue. It was hard for them to understand. The teenagers freedom was limited, as they were also forced to do the things or learnt the things that they don't want to and do things under the control of Japanese. Before Japanese occupation the teenagers still lived an ordinary life. Did not feel any stress on them. But after that they experienced all kinds of grievances and frustrations, however they can not do anything. During Japanese occupation they take up Japanese subjects in their school. All subject's in their school was thought in Japanese. It was hard for them to adapt to these changes as they could not understand Japanese. They also have to hide their fear, pay attention to their words and deeds. Moreover, they cannot go against Japanese. Before the occupation the teenagers can happily enjoy their life but when Japanese came, they broke the original lives of  teenager should have.
