If communication is weak, the team would not be able to or have a hard time on completing an actively or task effectivly. I find communication very important after attempting a game  "toxic waste" as it really pushes the limit on communication withen my teammates. 

2) I am glad that today activities went smoothly without any inguries. I am also glad that I am able to make new friends. And lastly,  I am glad that each one of my teammates did not give up or back down from the chellanges we face and give it our 100% in everything we did even if we did not get first place, We had fun and thats all that matters.

First day; I've learned different types of values, regarding self-awareness , development and leadership skills. Development ; It brings me to a whole new level of an enhancement in leading, actions , command, responsible,honestly and initiative. The blindfolded water game, even though we are the last team to finish , doesn't mean we are losers. Personally it made me realised that ''persevere obstacles no matter how hard your life is'' 


2. The activities that the facilitators conducted was acceptable. Most of us came out of their comfort zone , learning about teamwork and helping one another. Friendship? Yes we build lots of bonding towards one another that makes us feel very comfortable towards one another. Corporation went well too. I would like to thank the facilitators👍🏻


3. There are many rooms for improvements such as our cheerleading and welfare. Also , The rubbish are not being trashed into proper garbage bag. I hope these areas will have more improvements on the next upcoming camp. The guys should be more cheerful or louder than us? I think.

Example if team 3 are given a task to do , someone has to take the initiative to step out of his/he comfort zone. If nobody's doing that, it causes failures and being unsuccessful. Respect is where you respect everyone decisions regardless of inaccuracy or irrelevant instead of judging other's people idea. Why teamwork/coordination ? Yesterday rafting , all of us manage to build our own boat with the insufficient equipment and the objective was to let it float that is the point where teamwork existed. 


2. I'm good with the paintball session, as it helps us to prevent any terrorism and this is my first time playing this category. The last session of the day went pretty well as we team ourselves individually; some of them drew while the others practice the script ( multi-tasking methods) the welfare are getting better as we have sufficient food to eat from day to night👍🏻 rafting was the one that I realised teamwork is VERY important building our boat). 


1. Rooms for improvements are the food can try to reduce slightly a little such as having breakfast for sandwich and nuggets instead of laksi Nemak? Some of our teammates were unable to finish the remaining rice. I really hope that Communication will be better during the finale tmr.
