We think government should take a part, although schools and universities are capable of startups, the government has authority and authority can be used to get people's attention to the rising issue of global climatic change. Also, it wouldn't be a bad thing if foreign bureaucrats took control over how much energy the US uses. We think Trump has no valid reason to cancel the Paris agreement.

In this video, we had learnt about vitamin and supplements may have negative effects when they're not medically needed. They are only needed if we have a true real deficiency. So, if we want to get all the nutrients we need from healthy, we should not take more of a single vitamin, it will not help our immune system function any better overall. However, vaccines are truly genius and incredible for our immune system. They will trigger the body to make antibodies without needing to get sick from an illness first. If we want a healthy immune system, we should eat a healthy and balanced diet. Besides, don't smoke and try to get enough sleep.

On the other hand, a communication between the amygdala and the prefrontal cortex is very hyperactive that causes the amygdala responds far more reactively, which can make people who are sleep-deprived easily become so emotionally irrational.

When we were sleep deprived, amygdala, one of the area that generate emotional reactions, react hyperactively than normal.

Sugar is a class of molecules called CARBOHYDRATES.These are all forms of sugar: glucose, fructose, sucrose, maltose, lactose, dextrose and starch. Sugar can be found in many kinds of food or drinks. Sugars it contains activate the sweet-taste receptors, part of the taste buds on the tongue. These receptors send a signal up to the brain stem, and from there, it forks off into many areas of the forebrain, one of which is the cerebral cortex. Different sections of the cerebral cortex process different tastes:umami, bitter, salty and sweet. Sugar also causes dopamine to be released, but not as violently as drugs. Dopamine is an important chemical or neurotransmitter. Eating a lot of sugar will continue to feel rewarding and this will make sugar behave a little bit like a drug. In conclusion, overconsumption of sugar can be addictive to the brain.

The idea of boosting our immunity is enticing, but the ability to do so has proved elusive for several reasons. The immune system is precisely that a system, not a single entity. To function well, it requires balance and harmony. There is still much that researchers don't know about the intrricacies and interconnectedness of the immune response. For now, there are no scientifically proven direct links between lifestyle and enchanced immune function. We think that there are some another healthy ways to strengthen our immune system. For example：Exercise, eating a healthy diet and getting enough sleep. Diabetes, obesity and smoking should be avoid as it can interfere with your immune system and cause it to not work the way it is suppose to.

Our immune system works to recognize and identify an infection or injury in the body. This causes an immune response, with the goal of restoring normal function. many people think that when they get sick, their symptoms are a sign that they have a virus or an infection. However, your symptoms are actually a sign that your body is fighting back against the infection or virus, triggering an immune response. Do more exercise, eating a healthy diet and getting enough sleep can protect our immune system.
