I have been working for Monsanto as a Seed Laborer and assisting in the research and development of agronomic crops. I have had experience in both corn and soybean research for Monsanto at two different sites. I am very involved in agriculture. Tis includes my personal time, work and school. I often over estimate the time a job will take to complete.
I am also not so good a delegating work to others.
