Project Reboot is a very comprehensive site and I hope to find ways to create interruptions that get me off the screen. There were a lot of modules on the website that could lead to interesting classes or information.

The DQ institute has a lot of great activities to express the importance of the topic. If I wanted to share anything to educate a peer I would share this link.

Inspired by the advice throughout the resources I looked for a screen time management app. I found an app on apple app store that is focused on increasing productivity. Many of the options are for parental controls, but I felt it was important to be made for self use. It provides a user friendly interface to monitor and restrict screen time on any app on your phone.

My challenge is to reduce my screen time. I am still very much in the same boat as the students these articles talk about and I struggle with a screen addiction. I need to start taking the bad habit more seriously and finding ways to introduce positive experiences into my routine will help. I will try to cut back two hours of screen time for reading and cooking three days a week.
