This work of David Zinn was made in the streets of Ann Arbor, it is a city in the state of Michigan in the United States. It was made with chalk and charcoal.
She represents Sluggo, the bright green monster with stalk eyes and no clothes.
Have seen this little green monster at his window, there are pink curtains, the one on the right moves with the wind and there is an orange flower  on the window sill.
Sluggo sprinkles a real tufts of grass on the corner of the wall with a watering can.
Interpretation:
