Definition: It is the style of the text that is shown, it uses bold, color, and italics to show different types of information. Italics is used for captions and other information that needs to be shown. When you need to show important words for definitions or other reasons you could use bold and color.

Benefit: If you use this you could use it to show different types of information, for example if you make it bold then you know that it's an important word, if you use italics then that means it isn't part of the information but just explaining something.

The first way is that you know what you're reading about. The second reason is that you know where to find everything. For example, if you wanted to know about where red pandas live, then instead of searching an entire book and wasting time, you could just use a table of contents and find out where red pandas live
