     - how to manage soft credit (John gives money to ECF, they give it to us, we want to make sure we know John gave us the money but don't need to issue a receipt). Can we show soft credits in reports when we run financial reports? Want to be able to put everything gift related, including soft credits.
    - is it possible to add a narrative box to the Link section?


    Questions/flags from Jenn:
    • Can we pull a report that includes all Contact entries?  E.g. On the Contact tab, there might be multiple entries (meeting, email, letter, etc.).  Can we run a report that pulls all of these contacts, and the details (Contact Notes) from each contact?
    • We need to ensure we can pull a report that has coding/field (e.g. a ticked tick box) for prospective donor directed funds (e.g. an agency like the Y or Y2Y) and for prospective named donors (e.g. the Widmer Family).  
    • Some prospects will also be current donors - e.g. Lafarge - they both have a current fund and also are a prospective new donor - so our coding needs to reflect this.  If we have just prospect or just current as a choice, then we can't choose both categories for them at one time.
    • Ensure in Grants Management section, the seven goals per application so we can track this. 
    • Also need to put in Impact measurement fields the seven goals so we can track against this.
    • Need to be able to run reports on who is a member of a Leadership Circles - is this a flag?
    • Remember Board of Directors and also Advisors (non-board, but sit on a committee or give advice) coding (Current/Past/Future)  
    • In the Community Advised Fund we have four categories - do we need to code each of these (is this a type?):
    o   Community Champions
    o   Charities/foundations- need titles
    o   Individual Named Donors
    o   Government
