When others are busy celebrating it but I'm working in a hard hearten. Any other I have to concentrate on my work so I let my celebrating mood in one side and carry on with my work. Early morning a guest came to me and asked for there is any bouquet services. I said no sir there is no such services here. But he asked can u do the service now with very humble. He want to deliver a bouquet to his wife. Then I said okay. Then he wrote his room number and give RM50 to buy the bouquet. He said a lot of thank you to me. I past it to my manager he went and buy a bouquet and we deliver the bouquet to his wife. She was really surprised and happy.
