Through my review of the data, I found that some data was missing, and I informed the supervisor directly and contacted the information department to search for this data and find solutions to this problem. I met with the team to conduct a new evaluation to compensate for the lost data, and a plan was developed to save the data on more than one copy to avoid losing the data

This e-mail is to inform you that I have completed preparing the required report to assess the needs of medical facilities in the sites supported by us.

Unfortunately, while uploading the report to the Box, the Internet was interrupted, which led to the loss of some data related to the required needs. Fortunately, I keep a backup copy and will share all the reports with you as soon as possible.

I have some advice that we can use to prevent the occurrence of such a problem in the future or mitigate its damage:

- Providing some employees with an external hard drive.
- Reliance on sending reports via e-mail to avoid data loss.
-  Installing net backup devices within the centers.
