Due to the Australian electricity linesmen coming out and helping fix the destroyed electrical infrastructure across Tonga, individuals are able to have power to there homes, giving them access to the internet and there devices, allowing them to check up on individuals of there community, on how they went surviving the cyclone.

Because of the Australian electricity linesmen fixing the destroyed electricity it enables people to experience a decent standard of living. This is because electricity provides communication (phones/internet), job creation (businesses need power) and access to modern services, allowing people to be more productive and improving their standard of living.

Having restored the electricity and improving power lines after the cyclone it is therefore able to improve stress and anxiety in communities as they are now able to have electricity for schools to be able reopen and students to go back which can improve mental health and wellbeing.

By World Food Programme (WFP) collaborating with the Egyptian Government and supplying school children with "highly nutritious snacks" and providing families with "monthly rations of rice," students may be less susceptible to getting sick from malnutrition due to adequate nutritious food. Thus, it enhances students ability to attend school and increase mean years of schooling as an indicator of knowledge. This positively enhances human development.

if individuals are able to have medical supplies given to them, then they have a reduced stress and anxiety as they will be able to treat and manage illness or injury that they experience within the community, meaning that they can improve mental health and wellbeing.

Additionally, if people are able to have access to clean water, then they are likely to have a reduction of prevalence from illness, meaning that they can have an efficient functioning of the body and its system ( with reduced illness) and therefore, they can have a improved physical health and wellbeing.
