Hello. My name is Isaque. I'm 16 (almost 17) years old. I'm a student in a technical high school (2nd grade more precisely), the school name is SENAC. I live in a house with my parents, my little brother and my 2 year old dog, her name is Kate and I love to spend time with her.

In my free time, I like to playe videogames, some of my favorite ones are Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, The Spike and Minecraft, most of them I play on mobile devices. I also like to spend time with my family,l watching films is the way I spend a lot of time with them. Another things is that I like to learn foreign languages, at the moment, I'm learning Chinese, Japanese, and Korean by apps, and I intend to learn more. Welcome to my blog!

Second Entry - About last weekend (08/16 - 08/18)

Hello there! Let me talk about my last weekend. On Friday, the day of the week that the classes end at 11:40, I arrive earlier from school. Then I finished my horror game for the subject of Game Engine, and in the evening, I went to my swimming class. On Saturday, I went to make my cutting weapons and archery class. In the afternoon, I did some of my other homework and helped my father to install a shower. On Sunday, I helped a lot of my parents. I helped to glue a table, to change another shower, and tried to do more homework. And that was all. Have a good week, you all.

Third Entry - A Mac & Cheese Recipe

< Basic Informations:

Level: not so easy
Time spent: about 35 minutes
Serves: 4

< Ingredients

800g of elbow macaroni
¼ cup of butter
¼ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp of salt
2 cups of milk
400g of bacon
2 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 cups of shredded Prato cheese
50g of parsley
½ tsp of black pepper (if you like it)

< Preparation:

Boil 1L of water in a pan, after boiled open the macaroni and put it to cook in the pan.
At the same time, melt the butter in another pan. In the same time too, cook the bacon in another pan until it is cooked.
Add the flour, salt and pepper to the melted butter pan.
Pour the milk slowly in the same pan of the steps 2 and 3, while stirring continuously. Continue to cook and stir until mixture is smooth and bubbling, about 5 minutes, making sure the milk doesn't burn.
Add all the cheeses and continuously stirring until everyone has melted.
Drain macaroni and put it into cheese sauce until it is all covered.
After mixing the macaroni and cheese sauce, add the bacon and mix everything again.
Put the food in a glass bowl and sprinkel the parsley in the top of it.
