2. SG9 lab is not dangerous as long as we do the risk assessments and follow procedure. 
3. Ya, doc control always have to support urgent release sometimes within one or two days.

- When things happen, we always look at evidence first. 
- Ask questions, conduct checks and do RCA. 
Conclusion: QO & Reg: We don't say you are guilty straightaway, we always verify first. :)

2. Working in SG9 lab is very dangerous.
- OHC5 but we have set up HPL lab and the company has given us a very safe environment to work in. 
- Extra PPE, gowning area and Air lock room 
Conclusion: Not dangerous :)
