3) Being highly confident will make the person appear cocky because he or she would not accept any other opinions from their coworker. Thus, coworker will have problems interacting with this kind of a leader.

6) The leader would be acting polite and cordial towards members of the management and customers and being rude and inconsiderate towards workers.

7) It comes from feedback the persom has received wether it is a compliment and many more. Introspection about leadership tasks is also one of the ways.

9) I think the most important leadership trait that Mr Anwar has is passion. He is so passionate when teaching in class. He ensures that his students understand his teaching.

10) Conducting an interview gives the interviewer the chance to get to know the interviewee better. But if the interview conducted are solely based on discussing the terms of employment, then there will be some inconsistent with the trait approach.

3. Leaders who are highly self-confident face several risks. One is that they do not listen carefully enough to input from subordinates because they think they have all the wisdom and information they need. Another problem with being highly self-confident is that it can lead to an image of arrogance which can lead to a negative perception by subordinates. In general, a leader showing some humility leads to a positive perception.
6. For many workers, a sure-fire indicator of a manager being phony would be acting polite and cordial toward members of management, and customers, and being rude and inconsiderate toward workers in his or her own department. Another key indicator of phoniness would be to frequently compliment a worker, and then give that worker a low performance evaluation.
7. Interpersonal skill. Everytime group assignment I have no problem communicate with my group member and I have a good social network.
9.Students will rise high to this occasion because so many people feel they have had leaders who are ineffective. Typically the perceived negative traits will fall within the realm of interpersonal relations, such as being suspicious or verbally abusive, or having an uneven temper.
10. Conducting interviews is inconsistent with an anti-trait approach because a major purpose of the interview is to assess personal characteristics that would be related to job effectiveness. Another purpose of the interview is to assess interpersonal skills, which are closely related to traits. If the interview were simply used to discuss the terms of employment and to assess experience, then the interview would not be inconsistent with a trait approach.

His superiority made him perceive others' thought are not necessary. Confidence is an important attributes of a leader but it must come together with other traits such as humility and trustworthiness.
6. A leader who was phony usually was disliked by his member.

3. When a leader is over confident will lead to bias, like he or she always think he is the best and tend to not listen on what others opinion and suggestion. This also make the leader believe nothing problem occur in his work or his work is the best, so he attend to be at the same level which may lead to failure in the particular work or task with his team.
6. Non-authentic leader is a leader just know how to act only by words not by his or her action. As a good leader, he or she need to be an authentic leader who has power of words together with power of action. Lastly, non-authentic leader will lead an organization or a team to the failure. For instance, if the members see a leader just know how to talk but there is nothing change and improvement in the organization, as followers they lost the trust on a leader.
7. My best developed leadership traits is humility. For me I’m a person who take note on the works to be done. Even though I achieve the success in my journey still as human I need to stay humble and modest, there is no way I could walk alone. Without my team of course the success will not come
9. I think as a teacher or educator, he or she must know how to tackle students’ attention which provide them with comfortable class cultures. Despite from this, as the educator, they need to have clear picture on what he or she is teaching. He or she must make sure students get the clear input what have been thought in class.
10. Even though many people disagree with the traits approach, to select or appoint a leader is not that simple. A leader is one of the important position in an organization which he or she will make decision on a particular issue. So to have a good leader in organization, we need to choose a leader that has great and positive traits. It is because if a leader has the positive traits, followers can trust on him or her. This is a good news for an organization. So I think this is a reason why need interview in order to hire a leader.

Sarah Priyanka Aloysius 1131122918 3) Being confident is good for a leader so that he or she will be able to firmly execute what he or she has planned for the team. On the other hand, being overly confident may blind the leader on other aspects that may also need to be considered or blind the leader from accepting suggestions from his or her team. 6) Among acts that may be perceived to be unauthentic are acts of being different at all time and contradicting themselves, For instance, a leader may consider and announce to his or her that he prefers to communicate through emails than conducting a meeting, but act oppositely such as ignoring emails and deciding to meet instead to discuss about the matter that have been mailed by his or her subordinates. 7) My best developed leadership traits, motives and characteristics are humility, authenticity and emotional intelligence. I always tend to be humble and not overrule the other members. Besides that, I admit when I do not know something and learn from what others teach me as well as admit my mistakes when I make any. I too maintain integrity in all my acts and behaviors. Lastly, I have the ability to understand a person's feelings and view things from their shoes. 9) In my opinion, Mr Anwar is a very confident person. He is well aware of what he teaches and motivates others in being able to achieve in this subject.

If a person with highly self-confident it might happen that the person unwillingness to listen for their employees or team members, lack of preparation due to highly self-confident or missed some opportunities that might beneficial for him/her.
6. An authentic leader must lead his/her team with courage and empathy not only stress his/her team member and saying something that is not logical and useless information to them.
7. My best-developed leadership traits, motives and characteristic could be Enthusiasm because it is a good way to motivating each of the members and can help to builds or maintain a good relationship with them.
9. To catching a person attention in a class is very important. Lecturer or presenter must be attentive to surrounding. They are recommend to prepare some creativity or clear notes/slides during their class or presentation because clear information can help students to understand better. Besides, the environment also could affect a person attention during a class. Therefore, lecturer should take note if found that there is some damage or wreck in a lecture room and to inform the particular department to fix it (eg. monitor, protector)
10. Interview is a way to know a person and find out his/her characteristic and traits or whether he/she is suitable for this job. As choosing a leader is not an easy job and need to be cautious while choosing, interview is indeed as the interviewer can test them whether he/she has more positive than negative behavior or whether he/she can lead the team independently or make decision during a urgent situation. If the company fail to choose a good leadership, it might affect their productivity, profitability or even their reputationin the market/industry.

They also can be too rush in making decision for the company which can be lead to wrong move in advancing the company.

6) The non-authentic leader can be assume by the attitude of claiming self success. When in the company, the employees are seen as the backbone of the company which a rewards can help in boost positive motivation. However, if the leader claiming the success of the company by themselves, it will demotivated the employees as they assume that their work is not been appreciated or recognize.

7) When be a leader, the leadership traits that I have is confidence. Be a confidence will help me to achieve more success in task and I also take failure a step of learning which I can be better than before. For the leadership motive, I more into the Power motive. Moreover, for the leadership characteristic; I'm more to be in direction which I tend to aim great things and will always think any possible action and ways in order to success in my task. This is because, most of the self confident leader tend to think that they are correct in everything. Which this situation could cause restriction for employees to talk in order not to offend the leader.

6. The Non-Authentic leader can be seen in the attitudes of secrecy. This is because, lack of transparency in the company operation to the employees will make the sense of belonging for employees gone. Beside that, employees will feel like outsider and this could causes the employees productivity decrease or lost of the loyalty sense in employees.

7. The best developed traits that I recognizes is Support & Facilitate which is by give support, I will give the employees a chance to growth and they also will feel more confident to participate in the process of decision-making. Next for the motive, I would say that I possess the strong work ethic. This is because, I more believe in hard work that show by the employees rather than rumors as the action will show more real results and by showing that I have a strong ethic; I will be the best role model for my employees. In characteristics, I believe in Honesty. Honesty is the main thing I do because when doing honesty in work, It can produce a great and positive productivity which also can be a good example for employees to applying the honesty characteristic in their work and everyday life. Lastly, all these leadership related matter I know that I posses because of the reflection method that used every time when I lead any group of task in my experiences as leader.

9. The leadership trait and characteristics possess by lecturer is the accountability. This is because, as we can see the lecturer are the person that always ensure that his student to always focus in class, understand what he teach, make sure the grouping process is done smoothly and he always can be a guidance for the student when in problem. For the leadership motive, I can see that the lecturer possess the Drive and Achievement Motivation. Then, he or she may not want to take into consideration other people's opinion.

3)The disadvantage on a leader that have high confidence level is when she/he have high ego on thinking that she/he is always right, unable to hear other people opinion that too firm with their own decision that fail to realize he/she making mistakes
6) Non authentic leaders occurs when he/she pretended to be somebody else other than being themselves just to gain to popularity from other and acknowledgement and when she/he promises other people to gain support but in reality it just a twisted game of empty promises
7)My most notable leadership traits is self serving leadership because i like to put myself first on any movement so that i can show to my follower a role model so that they can follow on what i do, drive and achievement on performing certain task on assuring the goal and mission and vision will accomplish , socialize power motive on
other people on being successful together as whole organization
9) Sir Anwar have very firm self confidence on teaching in class provided he used to be ex- military , Sir Anwar already accustomed to the norm on commanding the whole battalion of soldiers, so teaching a college university should be an easy feat ,Sir Anwar also have the initiative on approach the student when ever the student are having the difficulties in certain area
10 ) Interview by using the approach is one way to determined whether the applicant are ready on taking the job they apply because if only were to refer basely on black white, other people would simply say something convincing although certain people would also be convincing on the interview , thus the inconsistencies

3. One must always be confident at workplace to gain visibility and show how one tackles situation or problems with positive and dignity. To be successful it is vital that one has confidence and self-assurance at every level of the career. The leaders of an organisation are a good instance to know how confidence is revealed in the phase of obstacles. Every workplace has a culture and an environment and it should reflect in your confidence, while you are outside the workplace or inside. However there is a very minute line between being confident and ego centric or reckless, so one must keep in mind never to cross the line.

7. It could come from feedback the person has received, such as having received many compliments for being enthusiastic or having good problem-solving ability. Another part of the answer could come from introspection about leadership tasks the person has performed well. For example, the person might think he or she has high resilience based on having helped a group work through a high-pressure situation such as lacking funds.

9. Every teacher wants to be a good teacher, but what is this myth about being a "good teacher"? Who is it? What are the characteristics? And how can you become one? Teaching jobs are often lucrative and satisfying for people who love to teach. I am a teacher too, though I do not think myself as a very good teacher, but I know for one thing that majority of my students do love me, and I guess this is the point where good things start to happen. I was thinking about what are the characteristics of a good teacher and how can I one. Or which characteristics and qualities should a good teacher possess? So I came up with some qualities which I found most relevant for a person involved in a teaching job. I believe if a teacher possesses the following characteristics and qualities, he/she can become a very good teacher with large fan base too.

3) Highly self-confident leader sometimes gets so caught up in his control that he is unable to clearly see potential dangers with the company. The confidence he has in his abilities makes him feel that the company's success will continue indefinitely. If he doesn't have any other management personnel on the same level with the same information, he may potentially miss a threat to the company's financial welfare.

6) For many workers, a sure-fire indicator of a manager being phony would be acting polite and cordial toward members of management, and customers, and being rude and inconsiderate toward workers in his or her own department. For example, the person might think he or she has high resilience based on having helped a group work through a high-pressure situation such as lacking funds.

9) I think the most important characteristic of a good teacher can have is to be friendly and congenial with his students. It is a plus if his students can share their problems with him, without being afraid or hesitant. I think students have always thoughts of their teachers as their enemies. With this mentality, they can never be close to each other.

10) Conducting interviews is inconsistent with an anti-trait approach because a major purpose of the interview is to assess personal characteristics that would be related to job effectiveness.

3. Being high self-confident might not be an advantage because high self-confident people often will not accept other people comment or opinion.
6. A non-authentic leader is they do not have a clear vision or mission. Being an authentic leader they must have a clear vision and mission for their followers to follow.
7. The answer will come from the feedback that received by the person such as received many compliments for being enthusiastic or having a good problem solving skill. Besides that, the another answer will come from the introspection that the person perform well in the leadership tasks.
9. I think the most important charateristic to become a good lecturer is being flexible and friendly. For example Mr. Anwar is a good lecturer and great leader. He manage to lead the whole class of students because he has high self-confidence that based on his previous experience as an ex-military leader leading one whole troop of soldiers. He also shared his experience to his students and motivate his students.
10. Minimal efforts are taken because that person believes there are correct.

6.To conclude that a leader was non-authentic(phony) are by acting polite and cordial toward members of managers and customer, and behave rudely to workers.
