The teaching staff is kind, conscientious, and visionary. I enjoyed every classroom visit and was impressed by the teachers guiding students in their thinking rather than telling them how to think. It was awesome to see every teacher model what was expected and then to see students set to work on their own. Teachers used strategies such as “ask three before me” or “As” talk to “Bs”. Students were never told they were wrong. One teacher said, “Think about it and get back to me.” Another said, “What’s the difference between these two examples?” Overall, I saw compassionate, kind, dedicated teachers who create a safe and positive learning environment. https://padlet.com/tfrancis59/ru8r3pi2c5dq/wish/222919886
