The two cases involved the challenge in the state’s action citing the 14th Amendment’s Privileges. Also, Louisiana police arrested Homer Adolph Plessy for taking his seat on a train car reserved for “whites only” because he refused to move to a separate train car reserved for blacks. The outcome of these two cases was the 14 amendment made people mad and refuse following the laws.</div>]]></description>
