         <title>It doesn&#39;t work if there is not time for planning. Administration can expect it but if there are no opportunities to truly collaborate it doesn&#39;t work. The result being that students don&#39;t receive appropriate language supports. </title>

The one who is willing doesn't seem willing, or have the time, to co-plan. I've had school coaches coming to meetings saying "you must co-teach" but no helpful, supportive ideas for HOW to begin co-teaching. <br><br></div>]]></description>

The idea is to have a content teacher and a language or SPED teacher in a room. Each teacher teaches to their strengths and leverages their expertise to assist students with specific academic needs</div><div><br></div><div>Anonymous 1m</div><div>We have embedded PLC time for co-planning and I also meet with my co-teachers daily either before or after school to plan and collaborate. My co-teachers and I are also very flexible and we make on-demand modifications to lessons as needed</div>]]></description>
