The plot of the episode consists of the lives of two people, a girl and a boy, who are in a computer system. That system is in charge of finding their “last match”, which means, the perfect couple, the person who fits you perfectly. To complete its task, each person has to spend a limited amount of time with each date. But that time could last from hours to years. In this way, is how the system analyse the emotions, the behaviour and even the compatibility with respect to other people. The process lasts until they find your “last match”.

 

I would recommend this chapter because is a metaphor of what is happening nowadays in terms of meeting people. Due to the advance of new technologies, more and more dating apps are becoming available, a high percentage of people have met their couple through a social networking site. So, maybe, we have to stop and think about that, how technology is changing the way we interact with each other. And how far social networks influence our social relationships. They have a lot of advantages, but we have to be conscious and have control over them.
