Important are the details - for example - refueling tablets. " find answers - "How?" - Students actively explore the world around them and use the information they find. "Where?" - Everywhere. In the real world, have the opportunity to go outside the classroom to travel and take pictures, comment and collaborate outside the classroom. "When?" - Such learning conducive for active interaction with the environment for a long time. The teacher becomes acoach their students. This is wonderful!

was general requirements mentioned earlier and which had to adhere to.

When my class was second grade (two years ago) children themselves formed groups in which to work. I wanted they felt comfortable, so every team formed like wanted the students themselves. So were completely totally girly and boyish teams.
From the beginning I told them that I will look the result of any from team - what is contributed, what was useful. I Chose leaders.
I had an interesting case - one of the teams gathered girls who in traditional school environment are exellent students. But placed in teamwork different, I would say - real conditions, they failed to cope. At the same time the boys coped with ease, distributed quickly who will do what, had excellent results. Perhaps this is the result of sports games of football, where teamwork is mandatory - the boys had realized earlier how the team. Now, a year later, in the formation of teams, everyone is looking for the supporting units. I believe that children are better to be left to make their own teams - and according to the result determine whether the manner of formation is correct. Of course, the teacher's role is crucial - as a mentor, coach, guiding and advising.
I use at work one application - with an option for computer and smartphone - moxtra - ideal for teamwork and cooperation.
