Recalling the 5 C's: Whats going on? Is my state violent?

My state has surpassed several periods of intense violence, just like 2009-2011, here several criminal bands dominated the city, and frequently committed various attacks. Even tho the state history proves that sometimes our state can get violent, I think that compared to other states of the country, and other parts of the world, Nuevo Leon is an average violent state.
Now-days tho, the serious problem that is prominent on the state, is the high amount of missing women, and "feminicidios", happening in the Metropolitan area. Debanhi's case is one of the most impactfull cases the country has had in several years, but just like Debanhi, there are thousands more.

- Have strong norms and regulations on those places which are considered cultural heritage, like Villa de Santiago, or Fundidora, where contamination could be stopped such as recycling.

- On craftmanship or srtcraft, what we could do is promote on social media the work this craftman are making, such as those in Los Cavazos.

- We could also sing petitions to prevent natural areas such as mountains tht collide with are city, to be destroyed for the construction of houses.

- We could also support cultural sites like the Villa, where several local business radicate, by buying only local.

- Finally, another solution to prevent violence in our country is, having security spots along the whole city, in which vulnerable groups can seek safety.
