         <description><![CDATA[<div>We felt this task was a "3" because it did provide a transfer task, required students to apply cross-disciplinary principles and problem solving, but ultimately missed the larger 'global responsibility' of the nature of the actual problem trying to be solved. Something similar, with limits on budget and materials, where students are given environmental parameters for a village and asked to design ways to deliver clean drinking water (biology, physics, engineering, etc.)&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
