This essay is going to argue that nuclear energy is one of the most effective means of energy consumption. This is because it is an alternative source of energy, limitations of other energy sources, reducing carbon dioxide emissions and it is cost efficient. However, there are some drawbacks to this form of energy which are radiation, radioactive waste and risks of terrorism.
2. In each of the counter arguments the writer makes it clear that nuclear waste is not the only reason behind whatever the danger is, and that there are other dangers surrounding us. In the conclusion, he summarises and states that it is proven that nuclear energy is not the main reason.
