         <description><![CDATA[<p>I learned that bringing paper is crucial! If I see something amazing, I need to write it down or I will forget about it! Also, going into a classroom with a focus is important. It is easy to get overwhelmed with everything going on, so having something to look for/focus on makes the visit worthwhile!</p>]]></description>

I enjoyed the pace of giving students a burst of time to practice a skill or review content and then return to a whole class discussion as a layered and repeated routine.</p>]]></description>

In addition, we all still fall victim to the occasional "Ferris Bueller" moments.  Both humorous, and acceptable.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I learned that I don't always have to do the heavy lifting.  Have students read the slides of the board can be a fantastic interactive piece to classroom routines.  Also broad questions can keep students involved in a lesson more than questions with direct answers.</p>]]></description>
