I will be creating a check-in form for people who rent rooms so that they sign in when they come. We will just have them sign and date and verify they are here.

There have been some issues with credit cards throughout the county recently. The setting in SportsMan will soon be changed and require you to enter the CVC number on the back of the card as well as the expiration date of the card. I will explain how to verify that the card was processed on the receipt and what to do if it didn't process when I come meet with everyone.

Also, the county is going to have me meet with you monthly to go over the over/short logs. Make sure you are filling these out for each shift you work
