I really like how this piece turned out. I think I did a good job at taking my time and getting the glazing right so it isn't so runny. I also like the middle part where there is no glaze. I think I could have made the wording better. Then I trimmed it and put the dark green strips of underglaze on and the little black seeds. First glaze I did was pour the red glaze in the middle then I sprayed the green on the outside and wiped off the top part to make it white like a watermelon. I trimmed it and then fired it. Then I put two glazes on this piece cause I was experimenting. I put a blue glaze in the middle and the a greenish color on the outside but I let the colors mix a little bit. I don’t really like the thickness of the bowl or the way the colors mixed. What inspires me is my feelings. Because I don’t like talking very much so whatever I’m feelings I just make my pieces be whatever I’m feelings.
